Todays thought is blogs?

The world of Blogging. I never knew what it was. It was just a word that I heard related to the Internet. Then I had a friend who was stationed in Iraq and he blogged daily. I found and read his blog. I kept up with what he was doing while he was stationed in Iraq. Now that does not make me an official blogger but I thought what the heck if Rope can do it so can I. So, now I am tyring it myself. Now here is what I want to know, what is a blog to you and what fascinates you about blogs? I am a curious person and so I just want to know.

Well, to me a good blog is part information, part inspiration, with a good helping of humor.

Some blogs have a purpose (devotions, journals, etc) and some are just random musings. I like both.

Welcome to the blogosphere, you'll do just fine!

PS -- spell check is your friend ;o)

I love blogging. It's cathartic to the soul to have your random musings out in cyberspace. I can share a funny from the kids or a "this is what the Lord is teaching me now," or an update on Charlie. It allows me to connect with friends & family despite the miles & distance. Connecting is such a huge part of military life but more importantly our Christian walk. YOu can check out our blog at www.threelittlechicks.blogspot.co

I love blogging. It allows me to connect with a virtual world of people. We can share life's joys and pains. Share about things were looking for, things we want to know more about, any anything in between. I get to catch up on my friends here in Cookeville, as well as other places and countries.
